New PCB Board for Hand Tools
Some of the new PCB boards are too weak for the motor power. Some components can brakes during the time. The problem is the electrical “shock” we give to the rotor by starting the machine. The rotor for a while takes a current of 8 Ampere on the collector and on the PCB. then it turns to the standard absorbtion of 0,5 – 1 A (depends on the models). Rasor developed a new PCB board with more modern components and an electronic system which “Cut” the current at the start to 2 A max. The result is a smooth start and a longer life of the rotor and of the PCB, more in that cases when the client make lot of start and stop.
The new PCB will be installed on DS503, DS503MT and OPTIMA 702 starting from Jan 1th 2016. It will be also available as spare part with the same code (F50310 & F70210). Same dimension of the old PCB same glass fuse, 100% also compatible for DS501, DS502 and OPTIMA 70.
