GRT10L

Model GRT10L is a reliable three-phase cutting unit applied in the textile or technical fabric fields. GRT10L reached the highest level in technology and safety. GRT10L is powerful, reliable and light (less than 3 Kg.). The cutting combination between knife and counter-blade guarantee clean cut without rag grinding. The three-phase induction motor is balanced and noiseless. This cutting unit does not need any maintenance so to be easily used during the production process on 24 hours-a-day. The 6-edges 100mm knife allows a cutting thickness up to 35mm. GRT10L is especially suitable for the transversal cut and it arranged with an anchor flange to be easily adjusted on fixed or automated hanger. The aluminium base is Teflon® coated to avoid any friction with the material and can be installed on sliding rails within a small space. The new semi-automatic sharpening stone allows the sharpening of the knife edge to be done in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. For the stepless trimming process GRT10L is also available in the right version (specular) as model GRT10. The low-cost maintenance and the minimum handling costs make GRT10L the most powerful and reliable cutting solution for any O.E.M. application.
